Decks
Modern Backyard Deck
Etobicoke, ON
The brief
The existing deck was undersized and closed off from the yard. The client wanted a larger platform for entertaining without losing the view.
The approach
We framed a multi-level platform to step down into the yard, used black metal cable railing to keep sightlines open, and integrated a bench along the long edge.
The result
A deck that works for large gatherings and quiet mornings, with clean board runs and hardware detailed to stay tight.
