The brief
A new rear addition needed its exterior finishes, walkways and site grading completed and coordinated.
The approach
We sequenced cladding, trim and flashing details with the concrete walkway and final grading so each trade handed off cleanly, keeping the site organised through the build.
The result
A finished exterior with consistent lines between materials, positive drainage away from the house and a tidy, planted perimeter.
